Drugstore Concealers?

I have *extremely* dark under eye circles due to a medication I just got off of… they look more like mild black eyes than under eye circles, really. -_- I’ve been using a Cover Girl liquid concealer, but it doesn’t cover totally. I read reviews online and people complained that it was too sheer. Can anyone recommend a good DRUGSTORE concealer with nice coverage? Thank you! :)
